Warren was great! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Communication was excellent - I knew what was happening at all times, and why it was happening. While he was the vendors representative, I felt like meeting my needs was also important to him. Throughout the whole process he was only a phone call away - and he got a lot of phone calls from me! As a local, he has a good knowledge of the area. His knowledge of the property itself was also very good.

There’s always an exception to the rule and Warren Weick is head and shoulders above the rest. We’ve dealt with many agents over the years and when you meet an agent of Warren’s calibre you know immediately in your gut that this bloke is going to do the right thing by both the vendor and the purchaser. He is very sensitive to people’s needs which is important as buying or selling real estate is usually quite an emotional and stressful time for all concerned. Warren has been a marvellous help to us in choosing the right property for our needs. He was very communicative, honest and quite welcomingly forthright in giving us his advice and opinions. Warren Weick is every thing that one needs in their real estate dealings. Mary and I have no hesitation in highly recommending his services. Thank you Warren and your Team.

I highly recommend Warren Weick as a local RE agent, whose good old-fashioned ethics and standards made the purchase journey very personable and transparent. Warren’s regular communication and knowledge of the local area assisted greatly with all aspects of the purchase of my new home. It was refreshing to deal with an agent who treats you like a fellow human vs. a meal ticket. Warren’s professional approach is a reminder of the skills many have lost in the field- and I’ve dealt with many RE agents over the past 12 months!

We had very specific demands for the right rural property with river frontage, usable land etc, but also a budget to work within. We looked at a few places with several agents (including Warren) but nothing was quite right. Warren assured us he would fight for us and find the right thing, and sure enough, the property that he got us into, before it even went online, was the perfect thing. We're really grateful for his personal service and commitment to making something work. Gee does he love a chat, so don't be in a hurry, but that is part of his charm.

Warren was forthright in his advice in what he thought we should do. His attitude was always positive however told us the reality of the market and did not sugarcoat things. He worked hard to get our place sold over a long period. Warren (and Amy) smoothed the process towards settlement by using his extensive local contacts to make things happen quickly when there was work needed on our property. I would recommend using Warren to anyone.

From day one Warren & Amy and their team took great pride in ensuring they provided a top quality service. Their rates were competitive but ultimately we chose the team because they went the extra mile to win our business and we believed that would translate into how they approached the sale. In a market where houses can take months to even years to sell, Warren was able to get our house sold within our desired range before it even went to market. Warren was diligent in his follow ups to ensure the house was in order and that all details were lined up to avoid any hiccups along the way. Even better that they are simply just good people and are clearly committed to giving back to a community that has given so much to them too. We would highly recommend Warren and Amy to anyone interested in selling or buying a house in the Bellingen region.

In a market that was slowing and becoming harder for the seller. Warrens experience became obvious . He communicated frequently, gave valued advice and was always upbeat in a professional but personal way.
