Julie was great with arranging photos. There was a bit of a hick up prior to the sale but Warren helped us see it through. Warren displayed an outstanding effort in organizing the sale of my home in Bellingen. He initially providing realistic and practical advice in pitching the property at the market price, using his deep knowledge of the housing market in Bellingen, giving ideas for presenting the house for sale and organizing the solutions to some of the small issues along the way. Warren was always cheerful and helpful when it came to organizing meeting potential buyers and meeting them on site at a time which was convenient to them. He went above and beyond in helping organizing building and pest reports and certificates from Council if the potential buyers requested them. The entire process could have been a lot more stressful and hard work without the genuine and warm personal touch provided by Warren and his integrity in his work. Over a cup of tea and a snack or lunch, Warren provided me with useful feedback and ideas as we worked out the best way forward together. His hard work is truly appreciated and I recommend him to any person intending on selling (or buying) a house in the Bellingen Shire or surrounds.

I guess when you've built up a reputation for so many years, as they have, it's natural to want to protect it and in my book, that makes them trustworthy. Local knowledge counts for a lot, as well as local history of flooding/termites etc as well as knowledge of local tradespeople who can be relied on to improve/fix up, whatever! Thanks Warren and Julie, you're a mine of information! I also appreciated that you always got back to us promptly and were available to listen and advise when we needed it. I want to start by saying that Warren, Amy, & Julie are an amazing family team! Once we decided to put our property on the market, our decision to go with Warren was a no-brainer! Even before we had made the decision to list our property, Warren was already willing to pass on buyers that would have had no benefit (as such) to him, yet being the decent, caring, genuine person he is, he wanted to help our family in any way he could. Throughout the whole process, Warren and team were attentive, but never pushy, easily contactable when needed, honest, fair, and overall so easy to deal with on every level. It was clear that although he wanted the best outcome for us, the purchaser was also given great consideration, and a perfect balance found to ensure we were both happy.
