From the moment I met Amy I felt at ease. A gentle, friendly, easy going, & highly competent agent, nothing was ever a bother, and she was happy to answer any questions and guide us to a successful sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amy and the Weick family, their knowledge of the local area is outstanding. Thanks again for taking the stress out of the whole sale process, and being so easy to deal with!

I want to start by saying that Warren, Amy, & Julie are an amazing family team! Once we decided to put our property on the market, our decision to go with Warren was a no-brainer! Even before we had made the decision to list our property, Warren was already willing to pass on buyers that would have had no benefit (as such) to him, yet being the decent, caring, genuine person he is, he wanted to help our family in any way he could. Throughout the whole process, Warren and team were attentive, but never pushy, easily contactable when needed, honest, fair, and overall so easy to deal with on every level. It was clear that although he wanted the best outcome for us, the purchaser was also given great consideration, and a perfect balance found to ensure we were both happy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and Warren, if I could give you 6 stars, I would!

Warren is a character! During the purchasing process he checked in with us often and answered any questions that we had quickly and easily. Warren and his family/staff are prompt, helpful, honest and very friendly. They have lived in Bellingen for many (was it 6) generations, so their local knowledge goes deep.

I’m 73 years old. Have been in Australia 50 years, I bought 7 and sold 6 properties. I dealt with a variety of good and excellent Real Estate Agents, until I came across Warren Weick Real Estate, working with Warren was my best experience!!! With Warren’s excellent communication skills and strategic approach, there is no pushing or deceiving, only genuine real interest to ensure the best outcome for both parties. I say this with confidence and personal experience as he helped me to sell a property and also buy my current home. He sold my property at the right price, to the right buyer, who will love, enjoy, and appreciate as I did. He was spot on with the appraisal he gave me and the right advice with guidance along the way. He helped me as well to buy my new home, Warren took me to checkout a large number of properties until I found the right one. He made sure that the property was in the best possible condition, that it was going to suit me, and in the right neighbourhood. Warren treated the property from the moment he presented, to the final delivery as his own. His local knowledge is second to none! His family have been in the area for generations! Thank you, Warren, Julie, and Amy. Your support and commitment for each other is what makes you a great team!!! Yes, Warren, you are setting a new standard in the industry. Warren, you are a legend!!!
