Warren sold our house for us after selling it to us five years previously. Since first meeting him he has shown us through numerous properties and given advice on properties we have been interested in. We consider him a good friend. He really goes above and beyond in his role as real estate agent and he is a wealth of knowledge on the local Bellingen area. We really appreciated his honesty, sincerity and his sense of humour. Warren, Julie and Amy were totally professional from the first time we made contact about selling our property. From the appraisal to the presentation of the property in the photos it was a very comfortable and easy experience. We were always given plenty of notice before inspections which we appreciated. Warren showed prospective buyers every inch of the land even in the rain and never slackened off even though our place was on the market for 6 months. He always showed the same enthusiasm.
