Amy Weick was able to display expert knowledge pertaining to marketing our property even though the tenants had not acted responsibly relating to the ongoing maintenance. With her improvements to some of the rooms it ensured the presentation was great. The ongoing maintenance issue was my fault as I had not been prudent in doing inspections etc and it was a private rental. Amy communicated effectively with all parties to ensure happy outcomes. I would recommend her to any one wishing to buy or sell property.
