I knew given the current market at the time that our property would sell quickly. Warren and his team assured us he had the right people on his database to attain the right price and a quick sale which we were keen on. Warren made contact with a few of his clients and within a few days, we had sold our property with a quick settlement to occur. The timing was of the essence as the Christmas break was imminent but Warren kept up context with all parties to bring it home by the deadline of business close for Christmas holidays. Warren and Amy made the process of buying a first home super easy. Very honest and straight up . Very professional and knowledgable in all areas and extremely helpful. He got us a good price, acted quickly and communicated very clearly between us and the seller. He would go out of his way to do everything he could to help, like providing access for quotes and inspections at short notice. They were very friendly and courteous and communicated very well.
