I knew I had the right agent from day 1. Kevin rang me back after hours, respecting that I go to work. This seems so simple but I have not experienced it before. I was terribly anxious about selling. Kevin was calm, patient and not at all pushy to me as the seller. He knew the area, the house, recent sales and values and was able to talk me through what the process would be, right from the initial contact. He followed me up after my initial hesitant phone calls. I cannot too highly recommend Kevin and his team. Particularly if you are not confident or not familiar with real estate sales - or if you are an older person who needs a bit of patience - go to Kevin.

Kevin is a trustworthy real estate agent. Who was responsive to my needs. I purchased a property interstate. And he built trust with me over the phone. A circa 90 day settlement was required, owing to the sale of another property. He had the lawns and gardens maintained just prior to sale. I would deal with this fellow again.
