Recently we bought a new house through Kevin Bostock. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable about the Peninsular area and allows you the purchaser to come to your own decision about particular properties. We never felt pressured to buy and we felt he was both fair to the buyer and seller in the negotiation part of the sale. He made it possible for us to get access to the house so that we could arrange a number of quotations before settlement. After settlement there were a few building issues with the our new house and Kevin helped us work through these with the builder and was very responsive to our request for assistance. We feel that Kevin went far beyond what he had to do and we would definitely recommend Kevin to other purchasers. Kevin is a professional and we feel that he acted honestly in his dealings with us. We like dealing with independent agencies as you are treated as an individual and not part of a process which is how we have found the bigger agencies operate.
