Charles made the whole process as a first home buyer approachable and understandable. He was readily available for all of the inspections we scheduled and questions we had. He was also accommodating in adding and updating clauses such as finance and building and pest inspection. For example, he quickly updated the contract to add an extra 7 days (from 14 to 21) to our Finance clause when requested. Our broker even joked that Charles was really easy to deal with and that not all agents were like that.
