Ayhan inspired confidence from the initial appraisal of the property and provided clear guidance and advice throughout the entire sales process. I would love to thank Firstnational Waters & carpenter Realestate team Ayhan Emeli and Fiona Dennerly for the great and professional services they offered and the great and hard efforts they served me to meet my benefits Through the ups and downs of the realestate market they been so helpful.. Fiona did all she can to lease my property and not leave it vacant. She was always there to help and support.. Ayhan was taking my calls even after hours, very consistent, did amazing work to facilitate the sale.. helped me understand the process of sale as this was my first experience.. many more positive services they offered.. and not to forget the account team the quick response to any enquiry or requests I would highly recommend Firstnational Waters & carpenter Realestate .. and definitely will be my first choice in the future.. Great experience in selling a house, thank you lynn for your support, encouragement and help. She is very friendly and contagious, helps us promote our house and actively communicates with buyers. There is no exaggeration of the selling price at the beginning of the consultation like other real estate . After signing the contract, they attacked the sellers and try to reduce their reserve price. lynn has always been giving us real market information, very professional!
