Excellent service, smooth sale process
John gave me reasonable estimates for the price bracket, pointing out what would be the largest sticking points for buyers. During the sale process, John sent me weekly updates and quickly got back to me whenever I had concerns or if there were question/issues raised by buyers. As a first time seller, I was able to go through the process smoothly with minimal fuss thanks to John and his team.
