we contacted Ryan after a flyer arrived in our mail. He came and met us and we explained that we wanted a honest appraisal . He returned about 3 days later with the appraisal and a marketing plan. The sales video and marketing plan were excellent and the property sold in 4 weeks. Recommend to anyone selling or buying to talk with Ryan and Tegan first
