As a purchaser I always have concerns about being played against other purchasers by real estate agents. I understand they are to get the best price for their clients, but they also have to treat purchasers fairly and with respect. That is exactly how Ryan treated me, with respect and consideration. His communication was always respectful and timely and nothing was too much trouble for him to accommodate this purchase considering I am interstate. I would thoroughly recommend Ryan and his team.
