Fantastic Agent

Listens to your needs.
After speaking with a couple of other agents we decided to go with Max de Meyrick as he really took the time to listen to what we wanted. We did not want to have lots of open houses and he worked with us to minimise the disruption to our lives. Max was always approachable and accessible and always called when he said he would, even if he had no new information. Max took the stress out of marketing and then selling my property - he explained everything and kept in touch through the entire process. I would recommend him as a very pleasant, honest, hardworking and knowledgeable real estate agent.

Pretty fair
Max was helpful when I was preparing my property for sale. He kept me up to date after opens, we didn't get a fantastic result but at the end of the day a property will only bring in what it is worth. Time on the market was average, fair price charged for the sale. Neither overwhelmed or disappointed!

Max - Man of his word
I found Max to be a most calming and informative agent. He explained each step of the process of selling my home and was honest in his opinion of what my house would be likely to sell for in relation to the market. At no time did i find Max to be pressuring me to make hasty decisions or as i had previously found with other agents trying to "big wig" themselves. I would most definately recommend Max to anyone that was looking for an agent. He phoned on regular basis to keep me up to date with the progress on my property and always returned my calls in a timely manner.

A positive experience.
I chose Max de Meyrick from a number of agents I spoke to because he seemed the most straight forward, honest and positive of these agents. His communication skills were excellent. He always contacted me after an Open Inspection to report on it in a meaningful way. He was always accessible, either answering my calls directly or returning my calls. He told me what I needed to do to get the house into a saleable state and he did this in a respectful manner. He negotiated a good price for me on the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as an agent.

Sold a difficult to sell property.
we had a very difficult property to sell. we had it with another agent for 9 months with no success. we switched to Max and was able to secure a sale within 6 months, for a value that was higher than expected given the nature of the property.
