Good Agent but not value for the Commission Paid

Knowledgable area agent
Max is a very knowledgeable agent for this area. I thought the presentation of the Marketing was excellent and show the property in its best light. I think that Max knew it would sell easily and at a good price and I don't believe he had to use any strong negotiation skills. I believe that it was a joint result for both Max and ourselves.
