We contacted Paul in January about the possibility of selling our house. I explained what I hoped to get and asked for advice on prepping the property for sale. Paul was very knowledgeable and explained everything to do with the whole process in an easy to understand way. Paul was very thorough and efficient and easily explained things as it’s been a very long time since I have purchased a home. I was disappointed the home I had bought doesn’t get cleaned before hand over , which surprised me and a bit disappointed I didn’t get flowers at handover as Paul had mentioned a couple times… silly but, I spent a lot of money on this property. Other than that over all happy with Paul
