We wish we'd found Welsh sooner to manage our residential property (which is on the other side of Australia from us). They listen to our concerns, then give helpful advice. When something needs fixing they let us know, then get on with the job of organising tradies. Their on-line portal works well, but they don't just assume we're aware of things - they phone or email us whenever something needs attention. When it came to finding a new tenant, their campaign was professional and effective. And all their staff are refreshingly pleasant to deal with! Well done Welsh!
