Easy and honest
So far I have found Welsh Realestate to be easy to deal with, honest in their dealings with me, easy to communicate with and understanding that I am FiFO and struggle to operate on Mon-Fri business hours.

Amazing service, very professional while also making you feel like part of their family
Any questions I had they answered with care and explained everything perfectly. Made me feel very important and welcome. Highly recommend this agency as they made moving home very stress free. Very Accommodating, even got a little gift once I picked up the keys. Thankyou Welsh Real Estate!

They take the hard work out of being a landlord
I have dealt with Welsh for many years and they are experts at what they do. They are professional in all dealing and work to ensure you get the best results. They arranged for all the necessary repairs and maintenance work to be done in a timely and efficient manner, and the property was back on the market in a matter of weeks. A new tenant was found within a few days of listing. Very happy with the work from the Welsh team.
