Highly recommended
This is our second property leasing with Robin Welsh. We are very satisfy with their works. The staffs are always prompt and professional. It is a great peace of mind to know that they are looking after our properties and doing a really good job from start of leasing until handling the tenant.

Good but expensive
No doubt, the management and the inspections are detailed and done correctly on time. But, the expenses for the property management is very high and, all the contractors associated with the agency for repairs etc are also very expensive. I will rate the agency excellent if I can some property management price concession.
