WELSH in Belmont has managed my property for nearly two years. I have experienced one tenant changing, one break-of-lease, several times maintenance, including floor, oven, gutter cleaning, etc. during the past 22 months, that I must say they have been great in dealing with various circumstance while keep sufficient and up-to-date communication with me. From the very beginning with Craig opening up a rental for viewing when it wasn't even scheduled to be viewed that day, right through to the owner Robin being in touch me me personally to tee up a suitable time to collect keys once I was the successful applicant.
