I have had a wonderful experience with the whole Welsh realestate team. I had spent a long time looking for a rental by the time I finally was offered a new rental by welsh realestate, I was in a very overwhelmed state. They made the entire process of signing my lease arranging leaving my current rental to moving in a breeze ! Everything is easy and straight forward. They are supportive and lovely. Highly recommend Oh and I got some biscuits when I got my new rental keys , yummy !

After a few weeks of applying looking for, inspecting and applying for rentals, I had begun to accept that REA’s simply did not respond to communications, short of the automatic replies confirming or questioning applications. The first difference came with a self written email clarifying queries from my application and advising me which information was holding up proceedings. This was followed by a prompt review and subsequent forwarding of my applications to the owner, with a prompt response. Karen followed up and then followed through. At the 11th hour, as I was about to accept a far inferior offering, she helped me secure the rental that ticked the most boxes for me, out of a tiring load of inspections and applications. I look forward to my tenancy with Welsh, and would recommend them to anyone and everyone that will listen.

We interacted with Welsh RE when looking for a rental at very short notice just before Christmas. We ended up being offered a tenancy for what was our second option and sent a message to Welsh to tell them that we had an offer, but preferred the house that they were managing - the staff at Welsh took the time to track down the owners and expedite our application to get a prompt answer and we were able to politely decline the first offer and accept the offer from Welsh RE, which was our preferred option. Taking the time and making the effort to go that one step further, made our life much easier at a very stressful time.
