After a few weeks of applying looking for, inspecting and applying for rentals, I had begun to accept that REA’s simply did not respond to communications, short of the automatic replies confirming or questioning applications. The first difference came with a self written email clarifying queries from my application and advising me which information was holding up proceedings. This was followed by a prompt review and subsequent forwarding of my applications to the owner, with a prompt response. Karen followed up and then followed through. At the 11th hour, as I was about to accept a far inferior offering, she helped me secure the rental that ticked the most boxes for me, out of a tiring load of inspections and applications. I look forward to my tenancy with Welsh, and would recommend them to anyone and everyone that will listen.
