I found Micheal to be diligent and reliable. I felt reassured that he had everything in hand. This was important as I was in a different state and could not do anything myself. Michael sold me this house 5 years ago. I was anxious to avoid an auction and he managed the before auction sale for me. He was kind and very efficient and even left me with a first aid kid and a bottle of red. When I decided to relocate, there was no hesitation to go back to Michael and LJ Hookers, Maroubra. Everything went brilliantly and he sold my house before auction and for a very good price, despite the gloom and doom written about the state of the market. You couldn’t find a better agent.
