Selling a house can be a stressful time if you and your agent aren't on the same page. I have worked with Rob in the past to buy and sell & really enjoyed the experience. I again found Rob to be completely up to speed on the current market, ensuring both our expectations where realized. He was very quick informing us of a block of land for sale in an area of town he knew would suit us and arranged an inspection immediately.
