Rob was very professional during the sale of our property even though it was in a lower price range he still treated the sale the same as our past property sales of more value. The property is a rental and Rob was very respectful to our tenant and gave plenty of notice when needing to enter the property. He obtained the price he estimated when we first discussed the sale, so would be highly recommend his services and use him again for future properties.
