Robert met with me and got straight to the point re-selling our property.
Robert advised that we need to target a different market and immediately got to work with effective advertising to that market. Within three weeks he had the property sold. The previous agent that I had selling our property had it for four months and did not sell it. If you need your property sold Robert is your man.

Sold quickly without having to go to market
Once he knew we were ready to sell, Rob quickly arranged an inspection and organised minor repairs to show our property at it's best. He already had a list of potential buyers in mind for our property and was able to achieve a very quick sale without having to advertise on the market. Rob kept us updated personally by phone with each step of the repairs, inspections and sale. This has been a very smooth and stress-free sale for us, particularly as we live in another State. Looking forward our our settlement shortly.
