Rob's work behind the scenes to not only sell our house (it wasn't technically on the market!) and then find another for us to buy (again before it went on the market) was fantastic. The transition of both sales was awesome. Rob handled it all so that it was very smooth and we didn't have to worry about a thing. I've always been quite cynical of what real estate agents do for the money but our experience with Rob made me feeling satisfied in that sense as well. Let him work for you - you'll be happy.
