In February, 2019, we engaged Robert Dolan to give us an appraisal of our property on 83 Graham’s Bridge Road in Haven 3401, as we needed to downsize our property. We had seen a property for sale with his company, and Robert took us for an inspection, and as a result, gave us an appraisal of our house. We had previously had two appraisals from other agents, none of which could give us a value that we thought our property was worth.
