Regarding Robert Dolan, Real Estate Agent with Wes Davidson Real Estate. In February, 2019, we engaged Robert Dolan to give us an appraisal of our property on 83 Graham’s Bridge Road in Haven 3401, as we needed to downsize our property. We had seen a property for sale with his company, and Robert took us for an inspection, and as a result, gave us an appraisal of our house. We had previously had two appraisals from other agents, none of which could give us a value that we thought our property was worth. As we are on one hectare of land, with a house and large shed, Robert gave us various options that could get the best deal for us. He researched those ideas very well, and quickly, and although they weren’t going to be feasible for us, all his thinking and suggestions had not been given to us by other agents. Working with Robert was a real pleasure, as he certainly knows how to get the very best for his client. We put our property on the market with Robert, and it sold in two days! We were absolutely amazed, and we got a price that we were very happy with! Now to add further to this, Robert also found a beautiful home for us, that was going to come on the market, and we have now purchased that property, before it was actually advertised. Robert has our highest recommendation, as one of our region’s best Real Estate Agents, as he cares about country people, and does the very best for his clients.
