Will definitely use Rob Dolan again
Extremely happy with my agent Rob, he had a difficult sale given my distance from sale and not willing to negotiate much, issues with buyers settlement and then settlement time over Christmas break. Lots of issues to frustrate both me as seller and the buyer but Rob managed all issues with professionalism and good will. Was confident that he was looking after my best interests at all times. Very happy to recommend him to my friends and use again myself for future dealings. Thanks Rob

Would recommend
Rob was a very patient and understanding agent who helped me as I navigated the process of purchasing my first home, and he answered many questions. I was given background information about issues the previous owners had, had and how they fixed it. Building and pest inspections were recommended for my own peace of mind. A number of inspectors were suggested based on information I provided about my plans for the future and no-one was pushed above others. Rob has a good understanding of the area and how my new home fits in. I am very pleased with my purchase!
