Recently my partner and I sold our first house together and needed somewhere bigger for the kids with a bit of land on the edge of town. Wes knew exactly what we were after and showed us a property before it hit the market, we had the papers signed a day after sighting it and Wes arranged for the vendor to move out the same day as the settlement on our property so we didn't have to move more than once. Our new home is everything we wanted and so much more -our kids absolutely love it and I cant thank Wes enough for convincing me to have a look at it! He knows what hes doing!

Wes helped us find our next family home so quickly and knew exactly what we were after. He also sold our previous house quickly with no fuss and was very calming in what can be a stressful time. Wes went above and beyond for us in regards to purchasing our new property and made arrangements with the vendor so we didn't have to move twice and could go straight into our new home. During the whole selling and buying process Wes kept in touch with both my partner and myself to let us know what stage we were at and I would certainly go through Wes Davidson Real Estate again.

Robert Dolan has at all times been professional, available for all questions and explanations as to why, how and when any procedures due to viewings and sale of our small rural property. Robert at all times had constant contact with both my husband and I during the time of the sale of our property.
