Our agent marketed the property well and was very responsive to our requests as was his colleague who conducted the inspections for the purchasers Maybe some miscommunication about the signage on the property as we initially expressed doubt and about its effectiveness given the court location and would have preferred not to have one and channel the cost into other means of promotion.
