I was very happy with Wes Davidson's representations during the sale of my father's home. We are not from Horsham, but this did not present a problem with negotiations or interactions in person or via email. Whether it was Wes himself, or one of his dedicated staff, all went out of their way to make things as easy as possible for us. He has happy to meet on week-ends, took calls - even when he was on holidays - and did more than could have been expected to smooth us through what was an emotional undertaking for our family. Wes did things when he said he would, followed up on interest in our home in a timely way, and sold the property within 5 days with only one open morning. Both the little things (like dropping off keys when a family member was going to be unexpectedly at the house) and the bigger important things, were done with friendly and helpful professionalism. We settle in less than a week, and unless something happens in the intervening days, I can say unreservedly that this was a positive experience having engaged Wes and PRDNationwide Horsham to sell our home.
