My wife and I highly regard the values of honesty and integrity. Rob impressed us 18 years ago with his approach, honesty and integrity. It was refreshing to see that these values were still being upheld 18 years later. A further testament to Rob's character is that he is still with his original employer (albeit under a different banner). Add loyalty to the list as well. We have had the pleasure of dealing with Robert Dolan over a period of 5 years in the Horsham area .We have found him to be very "switched on' to our realestate needs. Always ready to fit us into an inspection 'or informing us of a property which might meet our requirements.At all times he is extremely pleasant,cheerful, and positive .But our last investment ,,8 McBain Street,Horsham, was our most impressive collaboration with Robert. This property was unique for Horsham. The auction was newsworthy and invited much public speculation. Vested interests included the Horsham city council and developers .There were major concerns with the vendors ability to vacate the premises but Robert handled both sides with extreme diplomacy and our confidence in his guidance really added to our appreciation of his skills s a first class professional.

Rob Dolan arranged the purchase for us of a Town House and Land Package at Lot 2 / 1 Atkins Court Horsham. We had viewed numerous properties with Rob over a period of time and when Rob suggested this property we were sold Although there were many difficulties along the way, since agreeing to purchase back in March due to no fault of Rob's he fought and persisted on our before to make sure we obtained the dream Town House we wanted I could not recommend Rob enough, without his professionalism negotiation abilities and never give attitude we now have the Town House under construction as we speak. A lesser Salesperson would have given up on the sale Thank you Rob for making it happen Chris Perry
