I have recently sold my property using Rob, this is the third property I have sold through him. The market has been tight this year with a drought and the farming community has had little surplus funds. Before listing another agent provided a valuation that was the same as Rob's initial valuation. Rob arranged to have all his agents look through and provide a few minor improvements that took a couple of weekends and a tin of paint. It was then considered possible to achieve my price but I wasn't confident. Listed on Tuesday online only and had two inspections on Thursday and an offer within $450 of listing price on Friday morning so signed off. I was ecstatic and can't thank Rob enough.
