Rob was reliable in all aspect of the sale. As I was never present when he was with clients ,I can only imagine that his quiet demure gained him respect and enabled him to work efficiently . He was empathetic to my condition and he explained how the market was slow, which at times I did not what to hear. Over-all a satisfactory conclusion.

I have recently sold my property using Rob, this is the third property I have sold through him. The market has been tight this year with a drought and the farming community has had little surplus funds. Before listing another agent provided a valuation that was the same as Rob's initial valuation. Rob arranged to have all his agents look through and provide a few minor improvements that took a couple of weekends and a tin of paint. It was then considered possible to achieve my price but I wasn't confident. Listed on Tuesday online only and had two inspections on Thursday and an offer within $450 of listing price on Friday morning so signed off. I was ecstatic and can't thank Rob enough. Great work and much appreciated.

I can and will recommend Wes and all staff at PRD Nationwide Horsham. Being on my own and not knowing anything about selling my home, Wes made this process so easy. Instructions on what needed to be attended to etc were spot on. This made the whole process stress free. During the process I was constantly updated both via phone calls and emails. I was given ample time to prepare for Inspections and Open Days and feed back was always positive. Wes is and has always been a respected businessman, giving all to his profession. I have no hesitation in recommending Wes and team and I will certainly be going through Wes when I purchase my next abode..

Wes and the whole team at Horsham PRD were extremely professional to deal with from the very first meeting. There was nothing but upfront, honest and clear communication. We had a number of very frank fruitful discussions where my expectations were laid out and Wes responded in kind telling me the truth but also stating what he and his team could achieve on my behalf - and they did achieve it. I dealt with Wes but also with Clint, Jo and Rob at times and they were all fantastic to deal with. If you want to sell you house for what you want in a good timeframe Wes can make it happen. Be honest with him and you'll get the same in return with the addition of a great sale.
