considerate, courteous and respectful of my mother, (moving after 20 years in her home to an entirely new situation and location), Rob assisted in making the transition as smooth as possible. He was in constant contact with both my sister and me, and ensured we were also involved in ensuring Mum's comfort and confidence in the decisions she was making.
