Rob presented as a knowledgable, confident and friendly agent and proved to be so. In a somewhat depressed climate with recent hot dry weather and a second poor grain season, Rob secured our sale by converted one of the few genuine enquiries we'd had. While at the lower end of our asking range, Rob negotiated an acceptable sale. Only a couple of reservations we had with his service. The for sale sign went up 4 days early before we'd told our neighbours. Also he gave us very short notice of inspections a couple of times. Otherwise Rob did a very good job.
