5 stars for customer service. They have made the process of obtaining a rental quite seemless and stress free, especially for people from interstate residents where a physical inspection is not a realistic expecation as is required by other Toowoomba rental agencies such as R&H. Most emails I submitted where reviewed and replyed to by a real person, and not some automatic reply that doesnt answer my query but just gives me a generic email on available inspection times and so on. I was given a realistic time frame to conclude my entry report and was met with honest enthusiasm as to if there where any problems that needed attending and when I have sent emails reguarding queries they have been met with swift reply and prompt action. If I had to write a negative, it would only be the quantity of houses available through this agency when I was looking however this is all time of year dependent and to be expected of a somewhat newer agency.
