I am the proud owner of a successful office in Toowoomba and truly love helping people buy, sell and lease properties, be their forever homes, investment homes or something in between. People often ask me what I like about my job. For me, it has always been about the human element. Seeing people achieve their property goals and dreams and knowing I have been able to help them and offer guidance and support is priceless to me. After 12 years in the industry, it is now more exciting than ever with the resources and technology available to agents. My strong property management background means I am able to help you as an investor make the right property decision for your circumstances, regardless of whether it is your first investment purchase or you have purchased investment properties before. About Aleesha

Aleesha has over 8 years experience in the real estate industry. Starting her career in Reception and quickly moved into Sales Administration for a leading sales agent in Toowoomba, from here she continued her role in sales, as well as learning Property Management and trust accounting. She has several years experience in all aspects of Real Estate, which makes her a great asset to the business. Her bright, bubbly personality and drive is refreshing, not only within the office, but for our landlords, tenants and contractors alike. Aleesha monitors all our administrative tasks and scheduling, ensuring stress-free management for you and your tenants. About Megan

Megan began her real estate career in 2021 working as a Property Management Assistant in our Chinchilla office. After 6 months, Megan started taking on properties under her own portfolio and stepped into the role of Property Manager. Megan continued her Property Management journey in Chinchilla and has now joined our Toowoomba office in January 2024 alongside Bec Gurski & Aleesha Gray. Outside the office, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, friends, travelling Australia and indulging in her passion for dance with a local studio.

Professional, transparent, efficient

Aleesha & Megan were amazing in the entire process. I am a Buyers Agent/Tenants Concierge helping international workers settle into a new environment, and as imagine the language barrier and various obstacles were stressful for them to navigate. There were also sudden changes in applicants, where the initial applicants had to pull out and new applicants want to take their place. All in all, complex transaction... Yet. the Western Edge Real Estate team turned things around within a day, did all the necessary checks and liaising with owners, and within 24 hours my clients have a sense of security knowing that they will have a place to call home. Thank you very much for everything you all have done!
