Consistent Professional Service
Nita and the staff at Western Plains Real Estate (WPRE) have managed my investment property in Dubbo for the last 12 years. Because I live in Brisbane, and this property is the major part of my superannuation fund, I have relied on WPRE to effectively and efficiently manage my property. I have been pleased with the friendly and professional service and communications over that time period. Having that peace-of-mind has been very important to me. Now that I am retired, I needed to sell that property to consolidate my assets ready for the next chapter in my life. I travelled to Dubbo especially to meet with Nita and to plan the sale. It was so nice meeting Nita in person, along with Lisa and Harry and other WPRE personnel. I'm pleased that my property has now been sold, with settlement in early August. Nita's local knowledge of the Dubbo market was invaluable during the process. Sale of Property - Wheelers Lane, Dubbo
I wish to thank Nita Skewpeck and the team at Western Plains Real Estate (WPRE), for facilitating the sale of my previous property located at Wheeler's Lane, Dubbo in November 2023. Nita demonstrated high professionalism, with strong communication to keep me informed of progress of the sale, at multiple times during the sale process (especially as I'm located in Western Australia). This included the initial conversations, sale documentation, advertising/marketing, market engagement/interest, offer and acceptance, contract for sale, recommendation of conveyancer, settlement, and post-settlement communication.
