Fantastic professionalism achieving outstanding results
From the beginning and throughout, working with Nita from Western Plains Real Estate has been a pleasure. Excellence in Service and a quick sale
John and the team at Western Plains Real Estate did an amazing job selling my property in Cobar. My expectations were well exceeded by John’s consistent and constant progress updates. The advertisement contained a great description of the property and the photos captured the property at its best. This resulted in a quick sale for more than I asked for. The overall process was a very pleasant one and I have chosen to list another property with John. I look forward to taking the next sale journey again with Western Plains Real Estate. Nita has been very proactive in introducing my 3 x 2 dwelling for sale onto the market.
Nita's sound knowledge of the market in Dubbo allowed for a very early engagement process with several attendees at initial opening. The indicative sale price range was encouraging and within 3 days a deal was done in principle for a price at the highest end of the range. Nita has followed up on several occasions to keep me informed of progress, advise the current tenants through a vacation notice, and also outline the proposed settlement date and the key fees, charges, etc, that will apply. A pleasure to work with her and achieve a great outcome. Would highly recommend Nita should you be considering selling your dwelling.
