While listed the market was moving upwards, the for sale price moved with it until the right buyer came along. Once contracts were signed things again went very smoothly. What can I say, Leanne went through absolute hell selling our property due to us having a completely insane, delusional, and violent neighbour that did everything in their power to threaten her and her business, chased off potential buyers with weapons, AND was constantly sending Leanne messages and threatening emails to her at all hours of the day and night, including stalking all of her other sale properties……. But still….. she never gave up! She was relentless in keeping her promise to us to sell sell sell!!! We now have our second property listed with her and has just recently sold as well! Can’t recommend these guys enough! Thank you endlessly for everything 💐

Leanne showed a great deal of knowledge about our home, which I believe was beneficial for any questions the buyer might have had. Leanness was always professional and responded to questions promptly. The only criticism I would have is the amount of commission charged.
