We had couple of blocks that we had to sell. We hired another agent initially to sell our blocks but we didn’t get any response in the market and we had to chase him for the updates. Then we decided to change the agent and that was the best decision we made. In the very first conversation, we believed Leeanne Westgarth is the right choice. She didn’t make any big promises, she didn’t boast of her achievements, she just told us about her network and that she “will” sell the blocks. Right from the beginning till the end, she was very responsive to any queries we had, she provided updates in emails and sometimes texts as well. The whole process was smooth. With one of the blocks, there were few hiccups from the buyers solicitors and she helped sorting that out as well. She is very polite, understanding and a true professional who provides actual results. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Leeanne Westgarth to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Toowoomba region (ours were in Oakey). Keep up the good work!!
