Right from the get go Bryan was on the ball. Able to relate to us as different personality joint vendors; knowing the market; not setting unrealistic expectations & pretty much predicting the final selling price. He went out of his way to help the sale along & given it was a deceased estate & we were sellers living quite a way away his offers of contacts to get cleaning, gardening, etc. done were appreciated. Even after exchange of contracts he has offered to help facilitate removal of our Dad's last possessions in the house. Service above & beyond! Would I recommend him to others? You betcha!

As investors travelling to the area and looking to buy, John and his team were fantastic, organising inspections to suit us, including out of normal hours. John provided some great insights into the local market. At the inspection he sat back and gave us time to take in the property in our own time, which we appreciated, then spent lots of time with us answering questions and gave us valuable information about the property and location. He was happy to arrange a follow up inspection as we wanted to see the property in better weather conditions than our first inspection. That’s service! We trusted John to have open and honest discussion during the offer period and knew he was working very hard to serve the best interest of us, and the vendors. We are very happy to be the new owners of 14 John Reilly St Dalmeny as we rent it out for now, but look forward to living there one day.
