John and his team were highly enthusiastic and very helpful right from the start. Their initial estimation of the asking price was somewhat above my expectation but there were extenuating circumstances which prevailed to reduce the attractiveness of the property; continual rain made the access difficult and was almost certainly a negative to some of the “lookers”. However, the team from Whale brought a number of prospective buyers to the property and were always highly enthusiastic and helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. When the sale was finally concluded they were very helpful both to me and to the buyer.
