We found John both relaxed and professional in all of our dealings. His frank responses and no fuss willingness to approach the vendors with all of our questions and our offers was greatly appreciated. We still occasionally watch the video of 20 Baldwin Avenue just to see what John is up to this week :)

John was confident without being arrogant, listened carefully and responsively to us.
His knowledge of the area's market appeared excellent and the advice he gave was spot on. I would rate his advertising and marketing material as beyond reproach with the video really being the 'icing on the cake' and favourably commented on by family and friends. He kept is up-to-date on sales interest/ potential buyers with regular email updates. We would have no hesitation in recommending John and his team at Whale Coast Realty.

A job well done
Although during trying times with the bushfires and Coronavirus John and his team were able to find a buyer for Mum and Dads home in North Narooma. We needed a quick sale ASAP and John came through. Thank you so much. Cheers Wayne

Very friendly, easygoing, honest and knows the south coast.
I lost my woodwork shed, studio and 1870's home in the fires and it was going to be a long haul back but with luck and good help from John and whalecoast I found a great new home by the ocean and a new lifestyle. thank you

12 Baldwin Avenue, Kianga.....Great selling, John.
We had a lovely house , but it was on a sloping block. John did a magnificent job of selling our home, taking care to let clients know the "downside " to the home, but talking Up the great views, new construction, ( with Builder's Warranty ) the landscaped gardens, etc. He also deliberately targeted his marketing at appropriate demographics , & areas. Whale Coast Realty have absolutely amazing staff, who are always , not only friendly, but also knowledgeable on their listings. Well done, John, and your team.
