From the beginning of the marketing process, including the preparation, until the sale, John Murray has always been very professional, but friendly and approachable as well. His knowledge of the real estate market, buying and selling and reaching the market, is extensive and is based on valuable experience. He knows the Narooma area very well and has a great team in his office who are also professional and very helpful, particularly Kim Howes. I appreciated that I could contact John or Kim at any time with questions and concerns, and they also kept me updated. John did a great job of showing prospective buyers around my property without rushing them through. He sensibly relies on his associate in Sydney, David Nolan, to do the extensive marketing which was required for this property sale. The two of them work well together and share a vast knowledge and database. They kept me well informed along the way and prepared me and my family for the auction.

We changed from a different agent and the difference Whale Coast made with their advertising was a stark contrast to the previous... it inlcuded professional photos and aerial pics. Even with these extras the sales commission rate was less. We received updates regularly and were happy with the sales result. We hightly recommend John and Kim when looking at selling.
