Trying to sell a loss-making business, and a winery that, requires a leap of faith and considerable confidence in one's own ability. John was always certain that he could achieve a reasonably speedy and satisfactory sale of the winery and approached the commission with huge optimism and high expectations. However unlikely some of the prospective buyers might have appeared he treated them all with total professionalism and was not daunted by the occasional disappointment along the way. At no stage did he try to take the easy way out by recommending me to accept a lower price and never wanted for enthusiasm in his quest for the best outcome for me. Certainly the wide network of contacts that he has access to via his associate in Sydney was vital in giving the property maximum exposure and I don't imagine any other agent In Narooma has such a resource at hand. The whole process was far less stressful than it might have been thanks to John's understanding and patience (particularly with my own idiosyncrasies) and his congenial and efficient support staff. Altogether I couldn't be more pleased that I chose Whale Coast Reality and I would recommend them to anyone with a property to sell.
