Ahead of our retirement sea change, John took us to two homes both of which we loved but the second worked far better for our arrangement. He was quick to understand the complexities of our needs in a home and the sensitivities we were juggling moving into a new home and location with an elderly person. Insights into the costal market and other property we own were pragmatic and informative as well as the picture he helped us build of life in this beautiful part of NSW. Distinct from the city agent style, he never rushed us through and left us alone to discuss and consider even though we were interrupting his weekend time. His laconic demeanour and ability to deal with anything we queried or had to juggle was perfect for our needs. As the vendors also provided some complexity into the sale, John and his right hand person, Kim (who also warrants our gratitude) really earned their commission!
