Our first introduction to John Murray and Whale Coast Realty was very positive. John presented himself professionally and provided a very appealing service for the sale of our property. The advertising of our property on his website via the use of a professional photographer and a drone operator was exceptional. He encouraged our input into the sales pitch which accompanied internet exposure. We were lucky and had an interested buyer in the first few days of our property be advertised. We then saw a second party become involved and we hoping this interest may take the initial offer up and past our asking price. This ultimately occurred. However during the negotiation process we became aware via a third party that misleading or poorly worded advice was being provided to the second interested party implying that the property been sold when in fact this was not the case. Unfortunately, the property was then removed from the internet even though no contract had been signed or offer accepted. We had to approach John to ensure our property was re-listed on the internet until it had been sold. This whole process was unsatisfactory and left us wondering whether something was occurring behind the scenes. However, I have no doubt that the manner in which John advertised our property played a significant role in it selling so quickly and despite our previous comments we would recommend John to sell your property. He offers a very good product. It is unfortunate that this other side issue occurred during the negotiation phase which has left us with somewhat of a sour taste in our mouth.
