Stef knew a lot about the market but never stopped checking and re-checking to see if the market was changing. She was very focused on responding to the market and always open to exploring new strategies if we needed them. She was a delight to work with, always kept the lines of communication open and timely with responses and information. Her team were always happy to help and always positive and were very good at navigating us through the sometimes emotional journey of selling a family home. Stef genuinely cares about people and does her best to help them. We faced a surprisingly difficult market and the house proved more difficult to sell than expected. In those conditions Stef was earnest and honest and helped navigate us through. She was always working hard to get the best outcome for us. In fact, given those difficult circumstances we were glad to have Stef on our side.
