Louise was wonderful to work with!
I ended up selecting Louise as my real estate agent because I could tell she was really invested in getting me a good sale outcome for my home. She came to visit me twice at my house, asked loads of questions about the property and what my longer term house goals were. From how Louise presented herself, her professionalism and attention to detail, I felt reassured that she was going to present my house to the best of its ability - and she did! Throughout the sale process, Louise and her team regularly communicated with me via WhatsApp. Things/ appointments were booked well in advance and happened when they were supposed to. It was remarkably hassle and stress free. My property was marketed on a Wednesday evening online, and I’d accepted an offer 1 week later. This was the easiest house sale I’ve ever gone through - I couldn’t recommend her more.
