Gavin and his team did a great job in getting the home sold for us. Especially all the work done by his team and Jess was great, she was always prompt in her responses to us and did a great job negotiating with the buyers to make a deal happen in a slower market which we know is not easy for Gavin and his team. We have had many sales agents for homes we have bought and sold over many years, and Bodine is the best. She has been proactive at every turn, advising us when to list based on the current market, keeping us informed of progress with inspections, feedback from potential buyers, and negotiating a price that suited us entirely. She is what I expect from a real estate agent and others have fallen far short of my expectations in past transactions.
