Especially all the work done by his team and Jess was great, she was always prompt in her responses to us and did a great job negotiating with the buyers to make a deal happen in a slower market which we know is not easy for Gavin and his team. She has been proactive at every turn, advising us when to list based on the current market, keeping us informed of progress with inspections, feedback from potential buyers, and negotiating a price that suited us entirely.
